Processing & Dispatch

● Most Capestry pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order.

● Orders are typically processed and delivered within 7–12 working days from the date of order confirmation.

● Dispatch timelines may vary slightly for custom, limited-edition, or high-demand pieces.

● You will receive a shipping confirmation message/email once your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

● We ship across India using reliable courier partners.

● Shipping timelines after dispatch usually range between 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

● Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

● Capestry ships internationally to select destinations.

● International shipping timelines may range from 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

● Customs duties, taxes, and import charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority.

Order Tracking

● Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

● Customers are advised to track their orders regularly to stay updated on delivery status.

Delivery Guidelines

● Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

● Capestry will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

● In case of multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to deliver within the promised timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Non-Delivery / Returned Orders

● If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping charges will apply.

● Refunds are not applicable once an order has been dispatched.
