Confirmation Process
Once your order is placed, our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to verify your order details. This confirmation may be done via phone call or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
- If we are unable to reach you on the first attempt, your order will be placed on hold, and a second attempt will be made the following day.
- If both attempts go unanswered, we will send an email requesting confirmation or updated contact information.
- If no response is received within 24 hours of this email, the order will unfortunately be cancelled for security and processing reasons.
This process helps us ensure accuracy, avoid dispatch errors, and maintain the quality of every made-to-order garment leaving our studio.
