Yes. Other than our curated collection. Capestry pieces are made-to-order to ensure the perfect finish, quality, and craftsmanship. This also helps us maintain size inclusivity without compromising fit.
2. How long will my order take to ship?
Our standard dispatch timeline is 7–12 working days, depending on the style.
Made-to-order and hand-finished pieces may take slightly longer.
3. Can I return or exchange my order?
Since many pieces are handcrafted or made-to-order, refunds are not applicable.

4. How do I request an exchange?
Please email us at support@capestry.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and issue. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
5. Do you offer exchanges on sale items?
No. Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, store credits, or alterations.

Yes, we accommodate slight adjustments based on availability.
However, customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Capestry is proudly size-inclusive.Our capes are designed to fit a wide range of body types — petite, tall, curvy, slim, plus-size, and everything in between.
Most capes are free-size with fluid, flattering drapes.

We recommend gentle dry cleaning for embellished or detailed pieces. For cotton or lighter fabrics, soft handwash may be suitable (refer to product instructions). Avoid harsh detergents and rough handling.
9. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your details.If we are unable to reach you on two attempts, we will email you for confirmation.
Unconfirmed orders will be cancelled after 24 hours.
